Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for the business unit

  • Drive acquisition and conversion of SMEs, mid-sized, and large enterprises to paid members on IndiaMART

  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) focusing on customer growth, revenue targets, and cost optimization

  • Optimize Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA) for sustainable business growth
