• As a Recruiter at BlitzenX Vizag, you will be expected to own the funnel—from first cold call to final submission—with zero micromanagement.
• You will consistently hit 40+ outreach calls daily and be responsible for at least 1 quality submission every working day.
• No shortfalls, no exceptions. You will be judged strictly on outcomes.
