Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  •  Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letters.
  • Screening of suitable resumes based on current requirements.
  • Recruitment calls and e-mails to candidates
  • Placing ads on Social media like Linkedin & FB

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process and also taking first round of interview.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
