Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letters.
Screening of suitable resumes based on current requirements.
Recruitment calls and e-mails to candidates
Placing ads on Social media like Linkedin & FB
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process and also taking first round of interview.
Responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
