Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Serve as SME for HR policies,advising internal HR teams
  2. Lead and support employee investigations across India and APAC in collaboration with the Ethics and Compliance team
  3. Document findings,recommend disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct
  4. Drive and monitor Performance Improvement Plans in partnership with HRBPs
