Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements
Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding
Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analysis and action planning based on survey results
Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level business positions using different organic & inorganic channels for Tech/non tech and Product hiring
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem
Experience working in technology hiring- Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
Prior experience of hiring in startups will be preferred
Candidates with immediate to 15 days’ notice period will be preferred.
Prior handled a team.
Someone who can work with an organization in its scale-up journey.
