- Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding
- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analysis and action planning based on survey results
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level business positions using different organic & inorganic channels for Tech/non tech and Product hiring
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem
- Experience working in technology hiring- Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
- Prior experience of hiring in startups will be preferred
- Candidates with immediate to 15 days’ notice period will be preferred.
- Prior handled a team.
- Someone who can work with an organization in its scale-up journey.
