Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
To support the HR Head in driving HR digitization, improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making through MIS and dashboards, and supporting various Organisation Development (OD) initiatives.
This role will also serve as a strategic HR assistant to the HR Head for communications, coordination, and project execution.
