Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Update internal databases (TFMS) with vehicle and registration details.

  2. Generate weekly and monthly reports for client documentation and case tracking.

  3. Participate in customer calls and ensure timely resolution of open cases.

  4. Support administrative tasks, audits, and data management as required.
