Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
