Blend process voice , chat (simultaneously chats of 8 to 9 ) & email
Work on Technical Hardware and periferral troubleshooting on multiple chats ( 8 to 9 chats simultaneously) and call backs to customers. Troubleshooting of laptops, desktops , periferals.
