What you'll be doing:
• Supporting audiologists with software setup and configuration on Windows, iPhone, and iPad devices
• Troubleshooting Bluetooth connectivity, device synchronization, and software-related issues
• Assisting with hearing and lifestyle device support
• Managing product replacement and return authorization processes
• Working closely with our technical team to resolve escalated cases
• Ensuring smooth and timely resolution of support requests.
