Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

  2. Coordinate with third-party service providers (AWS, GCP, Airlines, Help Desk) for issue resolution.

  3. Manage incident tickets and maintain detailed service logs using ITSM tools.

  4. Conduct user training sessions and product demonstrations when required.
