Troubleshoot, analyse, and diagnose product issues.
Provide regular updates to customers and partners on support requests and queries, ensuring service request updates and resolution timeframes are in line with service level agreements.
Develop knowledge articles (i.e., tech notes, tech alerts) for the AVEVA Plant SCADA product.
