Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, analyse, and diagnose product issues.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and partners on support requests and queries, ensuring service request updates and resolution timeframes are in line with service level agreements.
  • Develop knowledge articles (i.e., tech notes, tech alerts) for the AVEVA Plant SCADA product.
