Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and administer assessments, if applicable.
- Generate offer letters, handle documentation, and onboard new employees.
- Collect and verify employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate with finance or payroll vendors.
- Ensure timely salary disbursements and accurate deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Handle employee reimbursements and advances.
- Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and tax documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update the HRMS system regularly.
- Draft letters: confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, and other HR communications.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Support employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Provide support in HR policy implementation and discipline procedures.
