Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Partner with hiring leaders to define job specs
  2. Review applicants via ATS & launch recruitment campaigns
  3. Source active/passive candidates via databases,social media 
  4. Conduct phone interviews,assess skills & cultural fit
  5. Manage candidate experience,prep for interviews & offers
  6. Build pipelines,ensure compliance & provide hiring reports
