Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Drive regionaal sales growth through strategic execution and team leadership
  2. Recruit,train and manage SOs,ASMs & Cluster Heads
  3. Strengthen bank channel & merchant partnerships,especially for QR services
  4. Monitor transactions,reolve queries & ensure KPI achievement
  5. Oversee cash management,expand rural distribution & analyze market performance
