Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on technical support for PAM products, especially Sectona (preferred).
  2. Take ownership of customer issues : troubleshooting, root cause analysis & resolution.
  3. Ensure a smooth and timely support experience both technically and interpersonally.
  4. Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams.
