Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Advising on all aspects of corporate/ commercial legal matters of the organisation for M&A, equity funding, debt financing, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and the commercial agreements.
End to end legal supporat for fund rasing and M&A activities of the group including drafting.
Reviweing and darfthing documents relating to debt .
