Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows & Mac OS systems.

  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and AV system issues.

  3. Support Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, and mobile devices.

  4. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on IT equipment.

  5. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely ticket resolution within SLAs.
