End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and headhunting. Conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews for various departments (Sales, Design, Operations).
Payroll & Attendance: Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and assisting the finance team with monthly payroll processing.
