Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for End to End recruitment.
  • Getting the Job description from the managers and actively source profiles based on requirement
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Regular follow up with the respective managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  •  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  •  Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions
  •  Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  •  Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Should maintain the employee database & salary slips with the documentation for Our Company, and run payroll

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Excellent at building a network through recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and other referrals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
  • Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work Roles and Responsibilities
