Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver technical root cause analysis (RCA) and detailed reports including software referrals

  2. Conduct Transfer of Information (ToI) sessions to uplift customer technical skills

  3. Present trend analyses to detect recurring issues and prevent outages

  4. Lead technical aspects of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customer teams
