Job Description | Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and deskside IT support for Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory and assist with SCCM deployments.
- Support conference room setups, A/V equipment, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
