  • 4+ years IT support experience

  • Hardware/software support (PCs, printers, phones, mobile)

  • Windows, O365, basic Mac OS, AD, Exchange

  • Imaging tools: Ghost, SCCM

  • ServiceNow, remote support tools

  • On-site daily, travel as needed, on-call support

  • IMACD, ESD, asset handling (up to 50 lbs)

  • Preferred Certs: A+, Microsoft, ITIL, CCNA
