Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room systems.

  2. Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and support “Smart Hands” data center operations.

  3. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues; replace faulty components and manage tape backups.
