Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals (on-site & remote).

  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues.

  3. Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications (O365, VPN, collaboration tools).

  4. Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
