Ø Ensure smooth execution of backend processes

Ø Manage PCE (Patient Care Executive), Dietician, Physiotherapist, and Yoga Counsellor

Ø Provide fortnightly update to the project head

Ø Coordinate with the Cipla team for any requirement/update on training, PCE script, etc.

Ø Monitor Dialer Activities and call-center dashboard
