Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement medical affairs strategies aligned with business objectives and product lifecycle.
- Maintain a high level of scientific and clinical knowledge, providing expert advice internally and externally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and other external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage medical information resources, including publications, presentations, and educational materials.
- Provide medical and scientific support for clinical trials, including protocol development, data review, and safety reporting.
- Monitor and assess post-market safety and efficacy data, contributing to risk management and product safety reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop medical affairs teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, commercial, and regulatory affairs.
- Manage the medical affairs budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- MD Pharmacology with significant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.

- MBBS - Any Specialization
- MD / MS / M.Ch - Master of Chirurgiae / Surgery - Any Specialization
