Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to reservation, ticketing and booking.
Ticketing (both Domestic & International), maintain of ticket request sheets/register and Visa documentation, billing for clients.
Guiding the clients with good routing and fares.
Work on tools like Galileo / Amadeus.
