- Be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to reservation, ticketing and booking Hotel, Car and Visa
- Ticketing (both Domestic & International), maintain of ticket request sheets/register and Visa documentation, billing for clients.
- Guiding the clients with good routing and fares.
- Work on tools like Galileo / Amadeus.
