Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Act as a liaison between IT teams and non-technical stakeholders.

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral-related issues.

  3. Perform basic hardware support (printers, scanners, desktops, laptops).

  4. Create and manage standardized device images.

  5. Escalate unresolved issues with complete technical documentation.
