Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Manage international and domestic flight bookings using Amadeus (mandatory).
- Issue, reissue, revalidate, and process refunds as per airline guidelines.
- Manage fare searches, fare rules, fare calculations, and seat allocations.
- Prepare and verify PNRs, queues, SSR, OSI, and other GDS functions.
