Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Management and processing of all inbound sales and reservations inquiries from various channels and answering customer/agent inquiries.
- Providing support to customers on any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Converting inquiry bookings into firm bookings by quality follow-up and negotiation to close sales.
