Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- NPA account management: Possession & sale as per SARFAESI.
- Debt control, recoveries, and collections.
- Drafting 13(2), 13(3A), 13(4) notices, Sec 14 applications.
- Record maintenance for RBI reports.
- Oversee SARFAESI process, asset sales.
- Liaison with DM, CMM, legal departments.
- Drafts for filing in DRT, NCLT.
