Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end transaction management: Ability to run the full process from LoI/Term Sheet stage through negotiation, execution, and registration of rental/conveyance documents.
  2. Draft, vet, and negotiate Leave and License agreements, lease agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and title documents.
