1. Lead end-to-end functional testing across front, middle, and back-office workflows.

2. Manage global teams of functional & automation testers (onshore/offshore).

3. Oversee delivery of testing artefacts: test strategy, test plans, test automation approach, and reports.

4. Coordinate UAT, SIT, regression, integration, and smoke testing activities.
