1. Provide daily production support for applications and systems
2. Monitor systems,troubleshoot issues and ensure uptime
3. Collaborate with dev teams for deployment and updates
4. Document incidents,perform root cause analysis
5. Automate tasks via scripting and support QA releases
6. Ensure excellent user support and participate in training
