Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Oracle Fusion modules: Order Management,GOP,Cost Management,Inventory & AP/AR
- Monitor,troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal downtime
- Analyze root causes and coordinate fixes with technical teams
- Support month-end/quater-end financial and supply chain processes
