Production Head

•   Ensure all products are as per requirements of regulatory guidelines and meeting the safety and quality standards.
•   Responsible for the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
•   Control & optimize utilization of Machine, Man & Material.
•   Responsible of plant operations related to production and maintenance.
•   Revamping and up-gradation of plants as per business requirements.
•   Practical experience in handling unit operations and production of driers, Parboiling .
•   Production planning, scheduling and budgeting.
•   Meeting the production target as per the business / marketing plans.
•   To facilitate & review timely implementation of Lean Management / cost reduction projects.
•   Ensuring the development and retention of High performers of the plants.
•   Compliance to SOP's and practicing utmost safety standards to ensure Industrial safety.
•   CAPEX Monitoring.
•   WIP reduction in plants i.e. Monitor & control yield losses during production.
•   Monitor & maintaining raw material.
•   Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
•   Reviewing worker performance and suggesting means to improve efficiency.
•   Ensure the efficient running of plant as per business requirements and marketing deliverance.
•   Monitor and report management on the status of automation / R&D efforts.
•   Builds successful relationships inside and outside the organization to meet overall objectives.
•   Help to drive the standardization of business process work closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.
•   Experience with rice industry will be an asset.
