Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the office administration and housekeeping staff.
  2. Manage the courier vendor and support department for any courier or transfers.
  3. Prepare Purchase Order and process vendor invoices.
  4. Invoice and Budget Control.
  5. Daily management of Company assets, Area, Pantry / Canteen, and stationery.
