Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for IT incident management, IT change management and IT helpdesk support.
Applies knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and procedures to promptly resolve issues identified from inbound calls or e-mails or helpdesk ticket portal.
Responsible for supporting end users in the use of various software programs for healthcare is a plus and hardware platforms.
Create, update and resolve tickets with accurate and detailed information.
Resolve tickets with accuracy
Identify and report problem trends which may indicate system-wide problems or malfunctions to manager.
Ensure timely customer follow ups on open/unresolved issues.
Report process failures to Manager and ability to make critical decisions in a short amount of time
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Strong written and oral communication skills including editing skills.
A+, Networking+, MCSA, MCSE, or other related certifications preferred.
2-3 years of information technology experience, 2-3 years of network related setup, changes and troubleshooting, 2-3 years of Windows server related setup, intermediate level Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2013-2016 mailbox setup and support .
Advanced knowledge of Windows 7 through Windows 10 in an Active Directory environment, Windows Server 2008 R2 - 2016/2019, Ethernet/Gigabit networks, wireless networks, local and networked printers, setup, configuration and troubleshooting of mobile devices, laptops and desktop and MS Office 2013 through 2019.
Previous experience with server and workstation backups, VPN troubleshooting, remote access, virus removal and prevention and WAN troubleshooting.
Experience in Mac OS is a plus but not required.
Candidate should be available for 2 weeks of Evening Shift for initial training. (7:00 PM to 12:00 AM)
