1. Partner with L&D managers and business leaders to assess and validate learning needs.

2. Design, implement, and deliver end-to-end learning programs (virtual, live, blended).

3. Manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

4. Conduct training needs assessments and close identified skill gaps
