IT Support Engineer

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, network, and connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, access, passwords, MFA, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Maintain IT assets, service tickets, documentation, and SLA-based requests.
• Assist with endpoint security, hardware support, backups, and incident escalation
