Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Support Windows 7 devices (hardware/software).
Manage IMAC, break-fix, and updates.
Install OS, apps, patches, and security tools.
Support Lync, VPN, mobile, and VIP users.
Follow ITIL processes (Incidents, Changes, etc.).
Plus: AD, Mac/tablet support, smart hands.
Required language proficiency: English (B2) and Japanese (N2–N3 level).
