Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Support Windows 7 devices (hardware/software).

  • Manage IMAC, break-fix, and updates.

  • Install OS, apps, patches, and security tools.

  • Support Lync, VPN, mobile, and VIP users.

  • Follow ITIL processes (Incidents, Changes, etc.).

  • Plus: AD, Mac/tablet support, smart hands.

  • Required language proficiency: English (B2) and Japanese (N2–N3 level).
