Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain the budgeted manning at cinema with quick replacements for vacant positions.
- Employee Grievances.
- Uniform Management.
- Responsible for Audit Reports and Ratings achieved in HR dept of the cinema.
- Maintaining employee database on HRIS, timely entry of new joiners and exit of separating employees adhering to the TAT.
