Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the overall look and feel of the hotel and deliver service excellence to the Guest.
- To organize, supervise and train all service personnel in his department with a view to providing fast and courteous service to guests &guest complaints.
- Inspect table cover layouts and equipment placement and settings before commencement of service
