FREELANCE RECRUITER - REMOTE

We are hiring freelance recruiter for Jobcentrix from mumbai location. who is having atleast 1 yrs experience in recruitment.

Position - Freelance recruitment (Non IT) or (IT)

Location - Any remote

Experience - Minimum 1 yrs

Commission up to 70k per month

Job Description:

Major job role would be:

- Handle End to End Recruitment Process

- Source, Interact, Schedule, and Monitor candidate's recruitment process

- Shortlisting & screening resumes from the job portal

- Conduct telephonic interview

- Follow up with the candidates till joining

- Post Joining interaction and grievance handling

- Build relationships with Key Clients & create plans to address clients' requirement needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill clients' requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
