Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Assist senior FAEs in reviewing customer designs involving PAM4 and Coherent optical modules.

Support lab activities for module tuning, performance optimization, and debug.

Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and internal training material.

Join onsite/remote customer support sessions for debugging and troubleshooting.
