Executive - Supply Chain

• Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries.
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment and frequency.
• Establish or monitor specific product supply as per the stock of finish goods.
• Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
• Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products.
• Coordinate schedule / arranging transportation in the most cost effective manner.
• Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
• Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders and forward information to planning and sales team.
• Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
