• Manage product handover from production with accurate inventory tracking
• Ensure strict FIFO and minimize spoilage/wastage
• Maintain cold chain integrity across storage, transit, and delivery
• Plan and execute daily dispatch, route optimization, and on-time deliveries  (OTIF)
